These providers may access information only as needed to perform their services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your interactions with Third-Party Services are at your own risk, and are governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties;
  • PPRHRT is not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches, or negligence of Third-Party Services, including any loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access of data occurring on or through their systems;
  • PPRHRT does not receive or store full payment card information when payments are processed through Third-Party Services (such as Stripe, Apple, or Google); and

  • enforce our Terms of Use,
  • or protect the rights, property, or safety of PPRHRT, our users, or the public.

C. Business Transfers

If PPRHRT is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

You will be notified if such a transfer materially affects this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service.

If you delete a notebook, leave a notebook, or close your account:

  • associated User Content is removed from public and private view;

We delete or de-identify retained data once it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may permanently delete your User Content at any time by using the “Purge all data” feature in your User Profile settings. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete such information.
